Richard Worker was educated at Winchester College, UK before returning to New Zealand to study law at Otago University. Richard commenced practice in Wellington and was a partner of a Palmerston North law firm for 20 years before moving to Orewa in 2003.
Richard held partnership for 18 years with North Harbour Law of Orewa and its predecessor firms. Richard is well connected throughout the Hibiscus Coast and is known for his approachable down to earth practical advice to his many clients.
After more than 10 years as a board member of Destination Orewa Beach, Richard is now on the committee of The Silverdale Business Association, and hopes to bring his knowledge to the greater Silverdale/ Millwater and surrounding areas. Richard is the Chairman of Age Concern Rodney, and he advises local aged-care groups on legal matters relating to the welfare of elders.
Richard lives in Millwater with his partner Christine and is achieving his desire to set up practice in his local community.
